Delivery and Shipping

Free Shipping for Australia and New Zealand for each ordered item.

Our goal is to dispatch your online order the next working day for all in-stock items.

From time to time we experience high volumes of orders. Therefore, we request you allow:

  • Up to 5 working days for delivery of in-stock items.

Shipping within Australia

All orders shipped within Australia are sent via StarTrack.

Shipping to New Zealand

All orders shipped to New Zealand are sent via Australia Post. Please allow an additional 5–7 days for delivery.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

There is a parcel size limit when shipping to a P.O. Box.

If our package is too large for your P.O. Box, a slip will be left notifying you that collection can be made inside your local Post Office.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

It is important that all returns are approved before sending back any goods. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued by a Prolock team member to ensure the most efficient process.

All returns must clearly include:

  • RAN
  • Invoice / Order Number Reference
  • Contact Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Explanation of the problem
  • Returned within 90 days of purchase

*Omission of the above information may delay the response time while returns are investigated and processed.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns unless prior arrangements have been made.

Refunds

We endeavour to process all approved refunds the next business day; however, this may take up to 5 working days.

Please note: Retail stores do not accept any returns or exchanges for purchases made online.

Guarantee

Our goods are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the stated period accompanying the particular product.

Defects that occur under normal use and care will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover defects caused by:

  • Accident
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Improper installation or operation
  • Lack of reasonable care

Exchanges

Sperling Enterprises / Prolockau / Sperlinglocks online store does not provide exchanges.

We are more than happy to refund your purchase and accept returned merchandise, based on the conditions mentioned above under Returns and Refunds.
